Configure Voicemail Transcription for 3CX On-Prem

I need an experienced 3CX administrator to configure voicemail for all extensions on my 3CX on-premises phone system. Scope of Work * Enable voicemail for all extensions (where needed) * Enable voicemail transcription for each extension * Configure each extension to receive voicemail emails at its assigned email address * Ensure the email includes: * The voicemail audio attachment * The voicemail transcription (where supported) * Verify SMTP/email delivery is working correctly * Test the configuration with at least one extension * Provide a brief summary of the changes made Environment * 3CX On-Premises * Remote access will be provided * SMTP is already configured (or advise if any changes are required) Requirements * Proven experience administering 3CX (Version 20 preferred) * Experience configuring voicemail transcription * Experience troubleshooting SMTP and email notifications * Ability to complete the work in a single remote session Deliverables * Voicemail configured for all extensions * Voicemail transcription enabled * Voicemail emails successfully delivered to each extension’s assigned email address * Successful end-to-end test confirming transcription and email delivery * Brief documentation of any settings changed To help filter proposals, please begin your proposal with the words “3CX Expert.”
