Confinement & post-operative meal menu development (Malaysian/Chinese cuisine)

We have delivered recovery meals across the Klang Valley for eight years. We send post-operative, cancer recovery, hysterectomy and general health recovery programmes. What we'd like from you We'll send our a sample of our dish list, plus the dishes we're using across five health recovery programmes. We want your professional view on two things: 1. Which dishes are well suited to post-surgical and health recovery eating 2. What's missing — particularly lighter options, texture variety, and dishes that work when appetite is poor Deliverable is a written report. Format is up to you. Who we're looking for A qualified dietitian based in Malaysia. Familiarity with Chinese and Malaysian home cooking matters — most of our menu is Cantonese and Hakka. Experience with recovery or clinical nutrition is a strong plus.
