ConnectWise PSA Admin - Automate CPQ to PSA Flow, Billing & WisePay/QuickBooks Sync

We're an MSP using ConnectWise PSA (Manage), ConnectWise CPQ (Sell), and WisePay/Wise-Sync with QuickBooks Online. Everything between quote and payment is manual today. We need a hands-on ConnectWise admin to configure and automate three things: 1. CPQ SETUP AND CPQ-TO-PSA FLOW General CPQ (Sell) setup: quote templates, approval workflows, and basic catalog/product configuration so quoting works cleanly. Then, when a quote is approved, it should automatically create the opportunity, products, and project in PSA - today we do all of this by hand. (Full distributor feed integration is not required, but basic catalog setup is in scope.) 2. AUTOMATED BILLING IN PSA When a service ticket or project is closed, an invoice should be generated automatically (correct agreement/billing setup, invoicing rules, approvals). Includes a light cleanup of our PSA setup where needed to make this work. 3. WISEPAY / WISE-SYNC TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE Invoices and payments should sync cleanly from PSA to QBO (correct GL mapping and tax), and customers should be able to pay automatically through WisePay (auto-pay on agreements, payment portal). END GOAL: ticket closed, then invoice created automatically, then synced to QBO, then customer pays, then payment reconciled - with little to no manual work. HOW WE'LL WORK Hourly engagement over 1-2 months. The first task is a paid ~10-hour audit of our current setup with a short written findings report and fix plan - this is a trial; continued work depends on its quality. After the fixes, we need brief documentation of what you changed. Potential for ongoing monthly admin work for the right person.
