Construction Bookkeeper- $30 per Sample Job-Costing / WIP Excel Workbook

I'm testing software that reads contractor spreadsheets, and I need real examples of how bookkeepers actually set them up. What I'm after is one finished job. Not an active project, something already closed out. Whatever you kept for it: job costing, WIP schedule, G702/G703 pay app, T&M billing, certified payroll, plus how you logged labor and payments to subs. If you also have change orders, POs, invoices, receipts, or lien waivers from that job, send those too. You can send me either: 1. The real files with names swapped out (clients, vendors, employees, projects, addresses). Leave the layout, tabs, formatting, and file names exactly how they are. Send them in whatever format you actually saved them in, xls or xlsm is fine, please don't convert anything. Messy is better than cleaned up. 2. Samples you build in the same layout you'd use for a real client. A few things that are especially useful to me: - More than one month or more than one file from the same job, so I can see how you carry things forward - Sheets in Spanish or any language other than English - Anything not in US dollars, or using European number formatting - Labor or crew tabs, whatever you happen to call them $30 per file. Happy to take several from you if the layouts are different from each other. I only use these to test the software, I don't share them with anyone, and I delete them within 90 days.
