**Construction Bookkeeper / Operations Coordinator** **Bradley's Plumbing & Heating & Louxz Renovations LLC** We are seeking an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to support our growing plumbing and renovation companies. The ideal candidate has experience with construction accounting, job costing, payroll, and financial reporting, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily bookkeeping for 2 companies using QuickBooks Online and Jobber. * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. * Track job costs, including labor, materials, subcontractors, permits, and other project expenses. * Process payroll and maintain employee records. * Monitor customer invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. * Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and job profitability reports. * Work closely with ownership to improve financial systems, job profitability, and overall business operations. * Maintain organized financial records and assist with year-end reporting for our CPA. **Qualifications:** * 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred). * Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Jobber (or similar field service software). * Strong understanding of construction job costing. * Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and companies with accuracy and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys building efficient systems, and wants to grow with a fast-paced plumbing and renovation company.
