Summary

Looking to hire someone that can manage the closeout process for a commercial construction project from start to finish. Includes, but not limited to: -Identification of all closeout requirements by reading through contract documents -Completion of closeout requirements in timely manner -Obtain warranties, O&M Manuals, associated paperwork, etc from all subcontractors -Get complete package together and submit to owner for review. Requirements: -Must be very detail oriented -Must have experience completing closeout on commercial construction projects
