Construction Estimator - Signage

We are a commercial sign company in Houston, Texas looking for an experienced signage estimator to help us bid construction projects. We already have a designer and a takeoff person. We need someone who can review construction drawings, signage schedules, specs, addenda, and takeoffs, then prepare accurate signage estimates with clear inclusions, exclusions, RFIs, and assumptions. Scope includes exterior and interior signage, with a preference for exterior signage: Channel letters Monument signs Pylon signs Cabinet signs Wall signs Tenant panels Directional signage ADA signage Wayfinding signage Interior room signs Vinyl graphics Electrical signage You should be able to read plan sets, signage schedules, keynotes, details, and specs. Experience estimating signage for GC bid packages is strongly preferred. Deliverables per project: Line-item estimate Scope summary Inclusions Exclusions RFIs / missing information Addenda notes Alternate pricing if needed Final bid number ready for submission Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Stack, Procore, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, Excel, Google Sheets, or QuickBooks is helpful.
