Summary

We're an iPhone app for construction estimating with a growing flow of warm inbound leads — U.S. contractors who left their number asking us to call and help them get set up. We want someone who actually comes from construction to personally run our first ~20 calls and help us figure out one thing above all: how to sell our subscription — at the highest price these contractors will happily pay. These are calls with real contractors and estimators, so we need someone who speaks their language — who's done takeoffs, bids, and change orders and can build instant trust on the phone. The #1 goal: Not just "make calls" — we want you to crack our pricing and sales motion: What plan do they pick? How much are they really willing to pay? Will they go annual? Would they pay a premium for a done-for-you / pro tier? What pitch and price point maximizes revenue per contractor? What you'll do: - Personally call our first ~10 warm leads (U.S. contractors who requested the call) - Talk shop, help them set up the app, and guide them toward a paid subscription - Test different pitches and price points across the calls and see what lands - Record or summarize each call — objections (especially on price), what they liked, what made them say yes or no - Deliver a refined script + a clear read on optimal pricing and how to sell it Deliverables: - ~10 completed calls with notes/outcomes per lead - A refined, ready-to-use call script (+ Spanish version if you're bilingual) - A pricing & sales write-up: what plan/price to push, how to handle price objections, whether a higher-priced tier is viable, and how to set up ongoing callers Must-have (not optional): - Real construction background — GC, estimator, remodeler, construction sales, or someone who's sold tools/software to contractors. You know the lingo and the workflow. - Strong phone presence; build rapport with tradespeople fast - Excellent spoken English, clear/neutral accent (U.S./Canada a big plus) Big plus: - Bilingual English/Spanish — a good share of our leads are Spanish-speaking contractors - Inside sales / SaaS pricing experience on top of the construction background To apply, please answer: 1.
