4D Construction Programme Model Creation

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to develop a 4D construction programme model for a basement townhouse refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and 3D modeling, with the ability to create detailed and accurate models. The project involves transforming a basement into a habitable space, requiring precise planning and execution. The freelancer should be able to work independently and deliver high-quality results within the specified timeframe. We will provide the GA Plans and 3D model And programme as well as the temporary works methodology and a detailed construction programme in asta we will need freelancer to coordinate these inputs to show a delivery timeline for the basement construction showing in the right level of detail the structural stability and work flows including, temp support and scaffolding, piping, underpinning, maintenance of load paths, below ground drainage, waterproofing sequencings and the mechanical and electrical process leading to final fit out works.
