Construction Project Coordinator

About Us We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Virginia. We purchase, renovate, and resell residential properties throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual Project Coordinator to support our construction operations and help manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously. This is not an entry-level virtual assistant position. We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership, solve problems, and keep projects moving without constant supervision. Responsibilities Maintain project timelines and milestones in Asana Coordinate schedules for contractors, crews, vendors, and inspectors Order construction materials and track deliveries Manage project documentation and invoices Track budgets, expenses, and payment requests Follow up on overdue tasks and ensure accountability Communicate daily with our contractor and construction teams Provide regular project status updates to ownership Keep project management systems accurate and up-to-date Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they impact timelines Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) Expert-level proficiency with Asana Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working independently in a remote environment Strong attention to detail Reliable internet and professional work environment Preferred Qualifications Construction project management experience Residential renovation experience Real estate investing experience Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and crews Experience with budgeting and invoice management What Success Looks Like Projects stay on schedule Vendors and crews are coordinated efficiently Materials arrive on time Project information is always current and accurate Ownership receives clear, proactive communication Problems are identified and solved before they become emergencies To Apply Please submit: Resume A short video introduction (2-3 minutes) Description of your project management experience Description of your Asana experience Description of any construction or renovation experience Your desired compensation Your availability in Eastern Time
