Construction Project Manager | Contractor Foreman, Budgeting & Financial Controls

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee project operations, financial management, budgeting, and Contractor Foreman administration across multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will have strong construction operations experience, understand project budgeting and financial reporting, and be capable of maintaining accurate project information from pre-construction through project completion. This role will work directly with ownership to ensure project data, financial information, schedules, and reporting remain accurate and organized. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Budget Controls • Create and maintain project budgets • Track actual and committed project costs • Review invoices and project expenses • Monitor profitability and cash flow • Manage budget revisions and change orders • Track draw schedules and project billing • Identify cost overruns and financial risks • Prepare weekly financial reports • Maintain accurate financial records Contractor Foreman Management • Project setup and administration • Budget creation and tracking • Cost coding and expense categorization • Schedule management • Change order tracking • Daily logs and project updates • Purchase order management • Subcontractor management • Invoice tracking • Draw tracking • Dashboard and reporting maintenance Requirements • Construction project management experience • Strong budgeting and financial management skills • Experience using Contractor Foreman • Cost tracking and reporting experience • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work directly with leadership • Excellent communication skills Success Metrics (First 30 Days) • All active projects have complete budgets • All project expenses categorized correctly • All invoices tracked and organized • Project schedules updated • Weekly financial reporting implemented • Contractor Foreman fully updated and maintained To Apply Please provide: • Relevant construction management experience • Contractor Foreman experience • Examples of projects managed • Preferred rate • Availability
