Construction Project Manager / Site Engineer Needed to Test Construction Management Software

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager, Site Engineer, or Consultant Engineer to test the platform and provide practical feedback to our software engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with general contractors and strong familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore. Experience testing or using Procore workflows for RFIs, submittals, daily logs, drawings, inspections, change orders, schedules, and payment applications is highly preferred. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Testing modules from a real construction project management perspective Reviewing workflows such as daily reports, RFIs, submittals, BOQ, contracts, variations, payment applications, inspections, punch lists, procurement, and document management Identifying missing features, confusing steps, bugs, or unrealistic workflows Providing structured feedback to the software engineering team Suggesting improvements based on real site/project experience Helping us make the platform practical for contractors, consultants, and project managers Reviewing Arabic/English terminology where relevant Requirements Background as a Construction Project Manager, Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, Consultant Engineer, or similar Experience with villa, residential, or small-to-mid construction projects Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows Ability to explain feedback clearly and practically Familiarity with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, Excel, WhatsApp-based project coordination, or similar systems is a plus UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred Arabic language knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Deliverables Test the platform module by module Submit clear feedback reports or screen-recorded walkthroughs Join feedback calls with the founder and software engineering team Prioritize issues as critical, important, or nice-to-have Suggest improvements to make the platform more useful for real construction teams
