Construction Quantity Takeoff – Residential House

I am looking for an experienced Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to complete detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural and engineering plans for residential house construction in Australia. The takeoff will be used to obtain accurate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Required quantities include: Concrete: slab, external concrete, paths, driveways etc. – m² and m³ where applicable External cladding: total wall areas in m², broken down by cladding type Hebel: total external wall area / quantities required Render: total m² Roofing: roof areas and associated quantities Internal walls / plasterboard: m² where required Flooring and tiling: m² Other major building materials identified from the plans All openings such as windows and doors should be appropriately deducted where applicable. I will provide the architectural and structural plans in PDF format. The completed takeoff should be provided in a clear Excel spreadsheet, broken down by trade/material so it can be easily issued to subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
