Construction Repairs & Renovations Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Construction Repairs & Renovations Coordinator to help manage incoming service requests and coordinate subcontractors. Responsibilities: - Receive and document customer requests (type of service, location, availability) - Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.) - Confirm appointments with customers - Follow up on estimates, approvals, and job completion - Track multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely communication - Assist with invoicing and payment tracking This is a remote, coordination-focused role requiring strong communication and multitasking skills. Experience is a plus but not required. Ideal candidate: - Organized and detail-oriented - Responsive and professional with customers and contractors - Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
