About Us NorthPointe Property Management is a national commercial construction cleaning company specializing in: * Post-construction cleaning * Data center cleaning * Mission-critical facilities * Commercial construction projects * Multifamily and mixed-use developments We work with leading general contractors across the United States and are actively expanding our national footprint. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who loves building relationships, making calls, and closing business. ⸻ This Is NOT a Customer Service Position We are not looking for a virtual assistant. We are not looking for someone to simply send emails. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to decision-makers, asking questions, following up consistently, and helping close construction opportunities. ⸻ Responsibilities * Call project managers, estimators, superintendents, and decision-makers * Follow up on construction cleaning proposals * Discuss project scopes and timelines * Identify decision-makers * Gather project intelligence * Ask about budgets and award dates * Schedule follow-up calls * Track activities in our CRM * Help move opportunities from proposal stage to contract award * Participate in weekly sales meetings ⸻ Ideal Candidate You: * Speak English extremely well * Are comfortable on the phone for several hours per day * Have strong sales and follow-up skills * Are persistent without being pushy * Are comfortable asking for the sale * Can build relationships with construction professionals * Can handle rejection and continue following up * Are organized and reliable ⸻ Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following: * Commercial construction * Commercial cleaning * Facility services * Staffing sales * Roofing sales * HVAC sales * Restoration services * B2B sales * Industrial services Construction industry experience is a major plus. ⸻ Compensation * Hourly rate plus performance bonuses * Additional commission opportunities based on awarded projects * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate ⸻ REQUIRED APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Please submit: 1.
