Consultant Needed: Streamline Client Onboarding for Marketing Agency (Meta & Google Ads)

We're a lead generation agency serving telecom clients. We manage Meta and Google Ads, CRM integrations, and sales operations for 20+ accounts. We're looking for a consultant to analyze and rebuild our client onboarding process, with a focus on the initial Meta and Google Ads account reviews we run when a new client comes aboard. Responsibilities: - Map our current onboarding workflow from signed agreement to campaign launch and identify where it breaks down - Streamline account access, pixel and tracking setup, and CRM integration steps - Improve the depth, consistency, and turnaround time of our initial ad account audits - Build SOPs, checklists, and templates our team can execute independently Ideal candidate: agency operations experience, hands-on fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and a track record of building repeatable onboarding systems. Project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work.
