Consultant - Salesforce Data 360 Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Architect to lead discovery, solution architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Customer 360 solutions. The ideal candidate can independently run customer workshops,define end-to-end solution architecture, and drive delivery using Salesforce DataCloud, Agentforce, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce, including 4+ years in Salesforce architecture and 2+ years hands-on in Data 360 10+ years of enterprise CRM platform or solution architecture experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce architecture. ●​ Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience in at least one enterprise environment. ●​ Working knowledge of DLO, DMO, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation. ●​ Experience designing AI-driven predictive models including lead scoring, propensity-to-buy, churn risk, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling. ●​ Hands-on experience with sentiment analysis and NLP for real-time emotion and intent classification across text and voice channels. ​●​ Experience with zero-copy data architecture in Data 360 to minimize data replication and storage costs. ●​ Working knowledge of the Salesforce Trust Layer and responsible-AI guardrails for governed AI deployment. ●​ Experience designing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and at least one of: Amazon S3, Snowflake, Databricks. ●​ Solid grounding in enterprise data modeling, MDM concepts, ETL/ELT, SQL, and data governance. ●​ Exposure to Salesforce AI tools including Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein, sufficient to design AI-driven solutions. ●​ Ability to produce architecture blueprints, HLDs, integration specs, effort estimates, and roadmaps. ●​ Experience building Data Cloud reports/dashboards for Customer 360 insight and operational monitoring. ●​ Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) enterprise reporting and AI-driven analytics. ●​ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Desired Skills ●​ Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ●​ Broader CDP/MDM platform experience beyond Salesforce. ●​ Industry experience in Retail, Real Estate, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Telecom.
