SAP MDG Interview assistance

Job Title: SAP MDG Technical Interviewer Needed to Evaluate Candidates Job Description: We are hiring for an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) position and need an experienced SAP MDG expert to conduct technical interviews with shortlisted candidates. Scope of Work: Conduct 1–3 technical interviews (approx. 45–60 minutes each) with candidates via video call Assess candidates on SAP MDG concepts including data models, BRF+ rules, workflow configuration, UI modeling (FPM/UIBB), data replication (via ALE/IDoc or MDG-consolidation), and integration with S/4HANA Ask both conceptual and scenario-based questions to gauge real-world experience Provide a written evaluation/scorecard after each interview, with a recommendation (hire / no hire) and reasoning Optionally, help us prepare or refine the interview question set beforehand Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience (implementation, configuration, or support) Prior experience interviewing or mentoring other SAP consultants preferred Strong communication skills in English Available for scheduled interview slots within [insert your timezone/availability window] Deliverables: Completed interview(s) Candidate assessment/scorecard within 4 hours of each interview To Apply: Please share your SAP MDG experience, any past interviewing experience, and your availability for the coming week.
