AI/ML Consultation – Behavior Analysis & Monitoring (NLP, GenAI, LLM, RAG, Python, Computer Vision)

We are looking for an experienced consultant in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to help us design a modular architecture for a cybersecurity AI solution focused on behavior analysis and monitoring. This is a consultation and architecture development engagement, not full implementation. We already have a dataset available, and the goal is to define the system blueprint, break it into modules, and ensure compliance alignment. What we need The consultant will guide us in shaping a solution that includes: - Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for intelligent anomaly detection and contextual insights. - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to integrate knowledge-driven monitoring into the pipeline. - Cybersecurity AI methods for threat detection, anomaly scoring, and risk analysis. - Python development for prototyping and modular design. - Data Pipelines (ETL, streaming, real-time monitoring) to handle behavioral data flows. - Computer Vision techniques (YOLOv8, Detectron2, OpenCV) for pattern recognition in system/user activity. - NLP (Natural Language Processing) for log analysis and text-based anomaly detection. - Deep Learning architectures to model complex behavioral patterns. - Compliance & governance frameworks (EU AI Act, lifecycle validation, risk analysis) to ensure regulatory readiness. Scope of Work - Review and analyze our dataset for suitability in behavior monitoring. - Design a modular architecture with clear components (data ingestion, ML/DL modeling, anomaly detection, RAG/LLM integration, visualization, compliance). - Provide structured consultation sessions to guide our internal team. - Deliver a high-level architecture document outlining modules, integration points, and compliance considerations.
