Consultative Call with Tariff Expert

I need a consultative call with a tariff expert to discuss importing equipment from Italy for a manufacturing project. I have identified the equipment and am trying to create a budget and set a ship date. The call will last 1 hour or less and focus on identifying the best tariff options for our needs to build a budget. I also have some specific questions about a previous piece of equipment that was brought in under the wrong HTS code. I believe I have submitted the paperwork to get refunded the difference correctly, but would like to better understand this process and make sure I have everything correct. The expert should have experience with international trade and customs regulations and a clear understanding of current tariff regulations as the relate to importing from Italy.
