Title: Experienced Consultative Sales Professional (Remote) Overview We are seeking an experienced Consultative Sales Professional to help drive growth across our healthcare-focused organizations. This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, uncovering client needs, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding prospects toward the right solution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly establish trust, navigate complex conversations, and move opportunities through the sales process with confidence. What You'll Do Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs. Identify opportunities and recommend the most appropriate solutions. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial conversation to handoff or close. Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve processes, and increase conversion rates. Provide feedback from the market to help improve our offerings and sales approach. What We're Looking For Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales. Strong listening skills and the ability to uncover underlying needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence speaking with executives, business owners, and other decision-makers. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Experience using CRMs and managing a structured sales pipeline. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Experience Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience is a plus. Experience selling professional services, SaaS, or complex solutions. Familiarity with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Engagement Details Remote position. Flexible hours depending on candidate availability. Compensation can be structured as hourly, commission, or a combination of both, depending on experience and fit.
