Consulting for an executive assistant with ADHD clients

I'm looking for a top executive assistant to help me build an executive assistant training. I'm working on building a Focus Companion 24/7 service with a software tool that they use. At its core it's basic project management and executive assistance, and my goal is to bring it in a delivery system more people can afford. This is the company description of what I'm building: Body-double live sessions — be present (audio, video, or just chat) while a member starts a task. Your presence is the intervention; you don’t have to fix anything. • Capture brain-dumps — take someone’s messy, unsorted stream of thoughts and reflect it back organized, so they can stop holding it. You’re a catcher, not a critic. • Help find the one next step — when a task feels like a wall, help shrink it to a door. “Just open the doc.” “Just put your shoes on.” • Work a shared queue — our software surfaces the one member who needs you right now. You won’t be juggling dashboards; you’ll be handed one person at a time. • Hand off cleanly — you’re part of a cohort covering 24/7. You’ll log what matters so the next companion and the member’s consistent coach stay in sync. Budget is flexible, it's your responsibility to give me the roadmap and what it will take for you to help me design it.
