US Consumer Real Estate Data Work

Need a U.S. consumer data expert to validate consumer records for real estate-related outreach and research. The work will include: 1) Confirming that the mailing address is correct for the individual 2) Verifying that the mailing address is properly formatted and standardized 3) Validating email addresses by sending a live test email 4) Confirming or appending a valid cell phone number after verifying the number is not listed on the Do Not Call (DNC) registry The initial project will consist of approximately 500 records. Please include the following in your response: 1) Cost for validating the name, mailing address, and email address 2) Optional: Cost per record for finding and validating a cell phone number 3) Description of your validation process, including the tools, databases, or data sources you will use
