About Press Developments Press Developments is a commercial real estate development company specializing in high-quality industrial projects. We develop modern industrial buildings designed to help businesses grow while creating long-term value for investors and the communities we build in. Our projects have primarily been completed in Western Canada, and we are now expanding into the United States with our next development in Idaho. We are looking for someone to help build the digital presence of Press Developments from the ground up. This is not simply a social media role. We are looking for someone who wants to help tell the story of a growing development company for years to come. About the Role You will work directly with the founder to create professional content that documents our projects, shares our expertise, and builds credibility with investors, brokers, business owners, municipalities, and future development partners. Initially, much of the content will be created from our completed projects and existing website. Over time, you will document our journey as we source, design, and construct new developments. Responsibilities Design Instagram carousel posts using Canva Edit short-form video Write engaging captions Repurpose content for LinkedIn Organize company photos and videos Maintain a content calendar Research industrial development topics Suggest new content ideas Monitor engagement and analytics Help maintain a premium and consistent brand Skills Required Excellent written English Strong Canva skills CapCut or equivalent video editing Instagram experience LinkedIn content experience Strong organizational skills Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT/ Claude Ability to work independently Experience in commercial real estate, construction, architecture, or development is an asset but not required. Hours 10–15 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role. What Success Looks Like We are not measuring success by follower count alone. Success means creating a professional, consistent, and trustworthy brand that reflects the quality of our developments and attracts the right audience over time.
