We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Business Development Manager to support our growing healthcare-focused business. The ideal candidate will have experience managing professional LinkedIn accounts, creating engaging content, and supporting business development initiatives within the medical or healthcare industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing skills with an understanding of healthcare, medicine, or life sciences and enjoys building professional brands and business relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and publish professional LinkedIn content for executives and company pages. Create educational, thought leadership, and industry-focused posts related to healthcare and medicine. Manage and maintain LinkedIn profiles and company pages. Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals. Research healthcare industry trends, conferences, and emerging topics. Support business development activities, including outreach campaigns and lead generation. Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance. Collaborate with leadership to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and strategic objectives. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing LinkedIn content for professionals, executives, or companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Background or experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, public health, or a related field. Experience creating professional and educational content. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with physicians, healthcare executives, medical practices, or healthcare companies. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology. Experience with LinkedIn analytics and content strategy. Familiarity with business development, lead generation, or client outreach. Tools & Skills LinkedIn Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Canva (preferred) ChatGPT or AI-assisted content creation tools (preferred) CRM experience is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Writes professionally and persuasively.
