Content Clipper / Social Video Editor

About the Role We're looking for a Content Clipper who knows how to turn great moments into must-watch content. You'll work primarily with footage from our creators and streamers, transforming long-form streams into short, fast-paced videos built for social media. This isn't about simply trimming clips. We're looking for someone who knows how to make every second count—using memes, sound effects, captions, zooms, motion graphics, music, and clever edits to maximize entertainment and engagement. If you're constantly saving TikToks, watching Twitch highlights, and know exactly what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you. Payment: $10-$20 per clip What You'll Do Edit short-form content from our creators and streamers. Identify the funniest, biggest, and most exciting moments from long-form streams. Turn clips into engaging videos for X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Add captions, motion graphics, memes, sound effects, music, zooms, reactions, and visual effects to enhance every clip. Bring personality and energy to every edit. Create multiple variations of clips optimized for different platforms. Work closely with the marketing and creator teams to maintain each brand's tone and style. Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate relevant editing styles into your work. What We're Looking For Strong experience editing short-form social media content. Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and comedic delivery. Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, gaming, and streaming communities. Ability to make clips feel dynamic, exciting, and highly shareable. We're not looking for basic edits. We want someone who can make content feel alive by using: Dynamic captions Creative transitions Memes Reaction images Sound effects Music Zooms and punch-ins Motion graphics Visual jokes Speed ramps Freeze frames Camera shakes Well-timed pauses Platform-native editing styles Every edit should amplify the moment, not distract from it. Bonus Points Experience clipping gambling or gaming content. Strong understanding of Twitch, Kick, TikTok, X, and YouTube culture. Familiarity with viral editing trends. Ability to recognize viral moments before they happen. Experience editing for creators with large audiences. When applying please include: Your portfolio. 3–5 examples of your best short-form edits.
