Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Content Coordinator for Inner Harmony Wellness Center (IHWC), an integrative medicine practice in Pennsylvania, USA. This is a virtual, remote role. You will produce and schedule weekly content for our Facebook page, Instagram account, and Google Business Profile, briefed against a defined buyer, specific health conditions, and strict brand rules. You will be given a complete platform brief and a content calendar structure. Your job is to execute it precisely, not to build your own strategy. This is not a general social media management role. This is a precision, brief-driven role for someone who can write for one very specific person and follow instructions exactly, week after week. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT We need someone who can do three things well, not one thing brilliantly: 1. Write for a specific person, not a general audience. Our buyer is a woman aged 45 to 65 carrying a specific worry (for example, unexplained fatigue) when she opens Facebook. Generic wellness content, however polished, is not what we need. 2. Work fluently across formats. A Google Business post, an Instagram reel, and a Facebook post are three different languages. Most people are strong in one and weak in the other two. We need someone solid across all three. 3. Follow a brief exactly, every week, without drifting toward whatever gets the most likes or engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES - Produce weekly content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile against a defined content calendar and messaging brief. - Write copy that speaks directly to a specific buyer persona and specific health conditions, in the buyer's own language. - Ensure every single post includes a clear, specific, booking-focused call to action. - Follow strict brand and content rules without deviation (certain topics and language are strictly prohibited; this will be detailed in the brief). - Coordinate with an existing avatar/video contractor on content direction (briefing their output, not producing it yourself). - Submit weekly content plans for review ahead of scheduling and posting. - Provide a simple monthly performance report. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience writing social content that speaks to a specific, defined audience, not general brand-awareness content. - Genuine fluency across Facebook, Instagram (including reels), and Google Business Profile, not strength in just one platform. - A track record of following strict client briefs exactly, even when you might personally do it differently. - Experience in health, wellness, or medical practice content is a strong plus. - Experience with direct-response or booking-driven social content (not just follower growth or engagement-focused work). - Comfortable being briefed by someone else's strategy. This is a brief-follower role, not a creative-director role. - Nice to have: experience briefing a video or avatar content contractor. WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY - If your portfolio leans heavily on spiritual, quantum, or energy-based wellness language, this is not the right fit. - If you prefer to have full creative freedom over messaging, this is not the right fit. - If you measure your own success mainly by likes, reach, or engagement rather than bookings or leads, this is not the right fit. SELECTION PROCESS This is a competitive selection process. After an initial screening, shortlisted candidates will complete a short, paid test task (a one-week content plan against a real brief) before any final decision is made. You will be compensated for the test task regardless of outcome. Please do not apply if you are not available to complete a timed test task within about 5 working days if shortlisted. HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1. A brief note on your experience with health, wellness, or booking-driven social content. 2. Three examples of past social posts, ideally showing you writing for one specific, clearly defined audience (not general content). 3. One example each, if available, of a Facebook post, an Instagram reel script, and a Google Business post, so we can see your range across formats. We look forward to reviewing your work.
