I need a content coordinator to keep the pipeline organized behind the scenes while our video creators do the recording and editing. This is ongoing, not a project with an end date — GHL updates constantly, so there's always new content to plan and track. What You'll Own - Maintain the master topic list/tracker (what's been made, what's next, what's a duplicate) - Organize and assign video topics to creators - Track submitted videos against our checklist and flag anything missing or off-spec - Keep publishing status up to date (recorded, edited, uploaded, published) - Light communication with video creators to keep things moving What I'm Looking For - Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable running a tracker independently - Clear written English - Self-directed — no set hours, so you manage your own time and stay on top of the pipeline without being prompted - Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
