JobTread Implementation Specialist Needed for Residential Remodeling Company

We are a growing residential basement remodeling company looking for an experienced JobTread implementation consultant to help us build and optimize our entire company workflow inside JobTread. This is not an administrative data-entry role. We are looking for someone who understands construction operations, estimating, job costing, and workflow design and can help us build JobTread from the ground up as the operating system for our business. What We Need Help With We need an experienced consultant/implementation partner who can help us design and implement JobTread, including: 1. Business Workflow Design Review our current processes and recommend improvements Translate our sales and production workflows into JobTread Create a system that our office, sales, and production teams can consistently use 2. Sales Pipeline Setup Build a lead-to-contract workflow including: New lead management Qualification process Appointment tracking Estimate process Follow-up stages Sold/lost tracking 3. Estimating & Cost Catalog Buildout Help us create a scalable estimating system including: Cost categories Cost codes Labor/material tracking Markup structures Estimate templates Standardized upgrade packages Examples of our upgrades include: Bathroom packages Wet bar packages DryX moisture/sealing system upgrades Custom cabinetry Specialty finishes 4. Production Workflow Setup Create project templates and workflows for: Pre-construction Design selections Ordering Scheduling Construction phases Inspections Final walkthrough Completion process 5. Customer Experience Setup Help us create a professional homeowner experience using JobTread: Customer portal Proposal templates Project communication Approval processes Change orders Progress updates 6. Reporting & Profitability Tracking Help us configure JobTread so we can better understand: Estimated vs. actual costs Gross profit margins Job performance Production efficiency 7.
