Job Title Content VA — Course Builder & Systems Documentation Who We Are Systems for Tradies (S4T) is a coaching and systems platform for trade business owners — electricians, plumbers, builders — who want to get their time back and grow without burning out. We combine live group coaching, weekly masterclasses, and structured install guides to help trade owners build businesses that don't rely on them. The platform runs on Circle. We are in active growth — launching our first members now and building content week by week alongside our coaching delivery. What We Need We are looking for a VA who can take coaching recordings, existing documents, and raw content and turn them into clean, structured course modules on Circle. This is a content operations role — not a creative or design role. You follow structure, build consistently, and keep pace with a weekly rhythm. What You Will Do • Watch/listen to recorded coaching sessions and extract structured content • Build course modules on Circle — text, steps, recordings, resources • Format raw documents into numbered install guides and SOPs • Maintain consistent formatting across all platform content • Work through an existing library of 89 content assets across 6 course areas What We Are Looking For • Experience building content on Circle or a similar course/community platform (Kajabi, Teachable, Skool, etc.) • Proven ability to write clear, step-by-step SOPs or process documentation • Works from existing material — you do not need to create content from scratch • Structured thinker — boring and usable beats clever and designed every time • Reliable, communicates clearly, and asks when unsure rather than guessing • Able to commit to consistent weekly hours and keep pace with a live coaching schedule Nice to Have • Experience working with trade businesses or similar industries • Familiar with Loom (recordings will often be delivered this way) • Experience uploading and organising video content on platforms What This Is Not • A design role — we do not want fancy layouts or branded templates • A content strategy role — you follow the structure given, you do not create it • A marketing role — no copywriting, funnels, or social media To Apply Send the following: 1.
