Content Creation & Scheduling Assistant (Travel & Lifestyle Brand) Ongoing Retainer: $300/month About Me I run a luxury family travel business alongside my professional career and am looking for a creative Content Creation Assistant to help execute my monthly content planner. I already provide: * Monthly content planner * Content topics * Captions * Hashtags * Brand direction * Photos and video footage I am not looking for a social media strategist. I am looking for someone who can take my planner and create professional, engaging content from it. ⸻ Monthly Responsibilities Content Creation Using my planner, captions and assets, create approximately: * 10 Standard Reels * 10 Quote Reels * 5 Carousels * 5 Static Posts Examples include: * Travel tips * Family travel advice * Luxury travel content * Lifestyle content * Personal brand content * Client wins * Educational content ⸻ Scheduling * Upload and schedule all content via Meta Business Suite * Ensure correct captions and hashtags are used * Ensure content is scheduled according to the monthly planner ⸻ Monthly Insights Review Provide a simple monthly report including: * Top performing content * Lowest performing content * Reach * Saves * Shares * Profile visits * Recommendations for future content ⸻ What Is NOT Included This role does NOT include: * Replying to comments * Replying to DMs * Community management * Engagement * Outreach * Pinterest * TikTok * Blog writing * Strategy creation * Content planning * Caption writing * Hashtag research These activities are handled elsewhere. ⸻ Skills Required * Canva * CapCut (or equivalent) * Instagram content creation * Excellent English * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow a content planner and brand guidelines Experience working with: * Travel brands * Lifestyle brands * Influencers * Personal brands is strongly preferred. ⸻ Paid Trial Project Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project ($75 fixed price).
