What You'll Do Deep research on our industry, competitors, market trends, and audience psychology Find viral content opportunities before everyone else Research high-performing creators, posts, hooks, and content angles Turn research into content ideas, scripts, carousels, reels, and long-form content Work with our team to create highly engaging content that generates comments, leads, and sales conversations Edit and polish content to a premium standard Help build a content machine capable of producing industry-leading content consistently What We're Looking For You are: Obsessed with content and social media Extremely proactive and resourceful A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions Excellent at research and identifying trends Skilled at writing compelling hooks and creating engagement Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and modern content strategies Able to spot patterns in viral content and replicate them ethically Hungry to grow with a fast-moving company Bonus points if you: Have worked with fitness, coaching, business, or personal brand clients Have editing experience Understand direct response marketing and audience psychology Have examples of content that generated significant engagement How To Apply Please send: Examples of content you've created Your biggest content win (views, leads, engagement, etc.) Why you believe you are an A-Player What content creators you currently study and learn from The word "VIRAL" at the beginning of your application We're not looking for average.
