Job Title: Content Creator & Creative Partner for Pre-Launch Meditation / Stillness Wear Brand Job Description: We are building a premium female meditation wear brand focused on stillness, zero-distraction design, and nervous system support. The clothes are designed to disappear so the practice (and the person) can stay present. We are launching in the US and targeting American women. We are currently in pure organic pre-launch mode — no paid ads and no product sales yet. The work right now is educational, conviction-led content that builds a waitlist and attracts the right women. This is not a generic social media manager role. We need one high-caliber creative partner who can own short-form content and help shape the voice and visual language of the brand. What you’ll do: Create high-quality short-form videos (mostly Reels) Develop hooks, scripts, and visual concepts aligned with our positioning (stillness, sensory sensitivity, nervous system regulation, zero-distraction design) Write clean, grounded captions Maintain a calm, elevated, non-woo aesthetic Collaborate directly with the founder on content direction and series planning Help turn educational ideas into content that feels precise and human Who you are: You understand (or can quickly learn) nervous system language, sensory processing sensitivity, and the difference between performance clothing and clothes designed for presence You can create content that feels calm, intelligent, and high-quality — not trend-chasing or overly “wellness influencer” Strong short-form video skills (shooting + editing, or clear direction for editing) Excellent written English Comfortable with building-in-public style content Ideally based in India or comfortable with IST overlap (strong preference) What success looks like in the first 60–90 days: Consistent, high-signal content that grows the waitlist Clear visual and verbal language established for the brand Founder freed up to focus on product and materials How we work: Monthly retainer preferred (for consistency) Direct collaboration with the founder Clear briefs + creative freedom within brand guardrails Review after 60–90 days based on quality and results To apply, please include: A short note on why this brand and positioning interest you Links to your best short-form work (especially anything calm, educational, or wellness-related) Your monthly retainer range for 12–16 Reels + captions + light strategy Your availability and preferred working hours Looking forward to connecting with the right person.
