Creative Content & Paid Social Marketing Specialist (Luxury E-commerce Brand) About Us We’re an established luxury retail and e-commerce company based in Southern California with multiple locations and a growing online presence. Our products are highly visual, and we have an extensive library of thousands of professional photos and videos. We’re looking for a long-term creative partner who can transform our content into engaging social media posts, compelling advertising creatives, and a consistent premium brand experience across all digital channels. This is not just a social media scheduling role—we’re looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, and performance marketing. ⸻ What You’ll Do You’ll have access to thousands of professional product photos and videos stored in Google Photos. Your responsibilities include creating and publishing content for: * Instagram * Facebook * Google Business Profile * Yelp Business You’ll create: * Instagram Reels * Carousel posts * Stories * Facebook posts * Google Business Profile posts * Yelp updates * Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising creatives You’ll also help develop and maintain a monthly content calendar featuring: * Seasonal campaigns * Holidays * New product launches * Educational content * Behind-the-scenes content * Customer stories * Premium products * Brand storytelling ⸻ Paid Advertising Support One of your primary responsibilities will be improving the creative performance of our Meta advertising. You’ll regularly create and test: * Single image ads * Carousel ads * Collection ads * Short-form videos * Headlines * Primary ad copy * Calls-to-action We’re looking for someone who understands that creative is one of the biggest drivers of CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and enjoys continuously testing new ideas to improve campaign performance. ⸻ Weekly Deliverables Every week we’d like approximately: * 4–5 Instagram posts * 3 Instagram Reels * 3 Facebook posts * 2 Google Business Profile posts * 1 Yelp update * 2–4 new Meta ad creatives * Ongoing content organization * Monthly content calendar ⸻ Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: * Has 3+ years of experience creating content for premium consumer brands * Understands Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising * Can write engaging captions and ad copy * Has strong visual design skills * Understands branding and luxury marketing * Uses Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools * Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude * Understands basic SEO and local business marketing * Is organized, proactive, and dependable Bonus Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: * Luxury retail * Florists * Weddings & events * Home décor * Beauty * Fashion * E-commerce * WooCommerce * Shopify ⸻ Preferred Software Experience with some or all of the following: * Canva Pro * CapCut * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Lightroom * Meta Business Suite * Google Business Profile * Yelp Business * ChatGPT * Claude * Google Drive * Google Photos * Later * Buffer * Metricool ⸻ Our Marketing Philosophy We’re building a premium brand—not simply posting content. We’ll provide product photos and videos. Please create: * 1 Instagram carousel * 1 Instagram Reel * 1 Facebook post * 1 Google Business Profile post * 1 Yelp post * 1 Meta advertisement We’re evaluating: * Creativity * Copywriting * Design * Branding * Attention to detail * Overall fit Hours * Approximately 10–15 hours per week * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate * Potential to increase hours based on performance ⸻ Why Join Us?
