Content Creator / Performance Creative Assistant We’re looking for a creative and fast-moving Content Creator to join our team remotely. This role is focused on creating and adapting content for Meta Ads and social media. You do not need to be a senior motion designer, but you do need to understand what makes content engaging and perform well online. You must have a significant overlap with European working hours. What You’ll Do - Create and edit content for Meta Ads and social media - Work with videos, statics, UGC, memes, and simple motion graphics - Adapt creatives into different formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) - Create multiple hook variations from one concept - Use Canva templates and edit assets quickly - Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and platform-native edits - Collaborate with the media buying team to improve ad performance - Handle revisions quickly and efficiently Requirements High Receptivity & Emotional Intelligence This is a must-have. You should: - Be a good listener - Take feedback well - Leave ego at the door - Ask questions when directions are unclear - Be proactive and collaborative Understanding of Short-Form Video Editing You should understand: - Hooks and retention - Fast pacing - Attention-grabbing editing - TikTok/Reels style editing - How to keep viewers engaged in the first few seconds Understanding of Meta Ads & Performance Content You should know: - Mobile-first content formatting - 9:16 vs 4:5 formats - Text safe zones - Basic CTA structure - The difference between “pretty content” and content that converts Creative Flexibility You should be comfortable creating: - UGC-style videos - Meme content - Founder-style edits - Carousel creatives - Simple motion graphics - Fast variations for testing Speed & Organization We work fast and value efficiency. You should: - Deliver quickly without sacrificing quality - Stay organized with files and versions - Handle revisions fast - Be reliable and responsive Tools You should be comfortable using: - Canva - CapCut - Premiere Pro (basic/intermediate is fine) - Photoshop or Figma (bonus) - After Effects (bonus, not required) Bonus Points - Experience creating Meta Ads - Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation brands - Understanding of ad metrics like CTR, CPA, and hook rate - Experience working in agencies To Apply Please send: - Portfolio or examples of content you’ve created - Your timezone/location - Your weekly availability - Tools you use most often - Examples of ads or creators you think make great content
