Content Creator & Social Media Growth Specialist

We're looking for an experienced content creator who can help take our brand to the next level. We are a crane operator training school and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, content creation, and short-form video. Our goal is to consistently produce engaging content that educates, entertains, and grows our audience across multiple platforms—especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is not just a "post on social media" position. We're looking for someone who can own the entire content creation process and continuously bring fresh ideas to the table. Responsibilities Develop an ongoing content strategy. Create high-quality short-form videos and graphics. Use the latest AI tools to produce engaging, high-performing content. Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Write compelling captions and calls to action. Repurpose content across multiple platforms. Stay on top of current social media and AI trends. Continuously suggest new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness. Coordinate with our team to obtain footage—or hire/manage videographers when needed. Build a consistent content calendar and publish regularly. What We're Looking For Strong experience creating viral or high-performing social media content. Excellent video editing skills. Experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip, CapCut AI, etc.). Creative thinker with excellent storytelling ability. Someone who doesn't wait for instructions—they proactively bring ideas. Experience growing Instagram accounts is a huge plus. Experience in construction, heavy equipment, trucking, industrial, or trade industries is a bonus. Hours We're looking for someone 20–40 hours per week to start.
