Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Assistant for Business Startup Brand

Job Description: Structure & Co. is a growing business startup company that helps entrepreneurs launch and organize their businesses through services such as LLC formation, EIN registration, business planning, Business credit registration, and startup strategy. We’re looking for a creative content creator who can help us grow our social media presence and attract new business owners. What You’ll Do: -Create 20–30 pieces of content per month -Develop content ideas and content calendars -Write engaging hooks, captions, and scripts -Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook -Design carousel posts and graphics -Create ad creatives for paid social media campaigns -Research trending business and entrepreneurship topics -Deliver content ready for posting Our Ideal Candidate: -Experience creating content for business, entrepreneurship, finance, or startup brands -Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook -Can create both educational and promotional content -Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools -Self-starter who can generate content ideas without constant direction -Strong English writing skills Content Topics Include: Starting an LLC EIN Registration Business Credit Basics Startup Tips Small Business Mistakes Business Planning Entrepreneur Mindset Business Funding Preparation Deliverables: -20–30 monthly social media posts -Short-form video content -Captions and hashtags -Monthly content calendar -Ad creative concepts Account Access: No social media account access is required initially.
