Content Creator & Video Director — Long-Term | Arabic YouTube Channel (600K+)

This is a long-term role with an entrepreneur redefining the online business space in the Middle East. We're looking for someone who wants to own something a creative partner who will take full ownership of a YouTube channel and grow it alongside the entrepreneur behind it. You won't just work for this brand. You'll be part of the team building it. We run one of the most-watched Arabic YouTube channels in the online business space 600,000+ subscribers and growing fast. Our content teaches young Arabs across the Middle East how to build real income online. The brand is strong. The audience is loyal. What we need now is the right person to take the content to the next level and stay there. This role is bigger than editing. You're not here to cut footage and export files. You're here to direct, create, and build. You will take full creative ownership of the channel from raw footage to final publish. You'll work side by side with the entrepreneur, be embedded in the core team, and lead the content direction as we grow. This also means you must be open to travel. Content gets made in the field, at events, on location. If you're looking for a desk job, this isn't for you. What this role looks like: - Take raw footage and direct the full edit hook, structure, pacing, energy, visuals - Build motion graphics, text overlays, B-roll integration, and sound design - Develop and protect the channel's visual identity - Give creative input before, during, and after filming not just after - Grow with the brand as the channel grows, your role grows You're the right person if: ✅ You're Arab, you speak Arabic, you understand this audience deeply ✅ You have real YouTube editing experience on channels people actually watch and can prove it ✅ You think like a director, not just an editor ✅ You're open to travel and working in person when needed ✅ You want to build something long-term not collect clients ✅ You use Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve ✅ You deliver without being chased This is NOT for you if: ❌ You're looking for short-term or project-based work ❌ You've only done Reels, TikToks, or ad creatives ❌ You want to stay fully remote forever ❌ You're a beginner HOW WE HIRE: Step 1 Apply Answer the 2 questions below.
