We are a content agency that helps coaches, consultants, and business owners turn short interviews into a full month of social media content. Our process is simple: we record a **30-minute podcast-style conversation with each client**, and your job will be to take that interview and turn it into finished content. What You'll Do You'll be given a 30-minute interview recording and will follow our **step-by-step content creation process** to turn it into a full month of content. This includes: * Creating short-form video clips from the interview * Adding captions to videos * Adding B-roll where appropriate * Adding music * Creating carousel posts using the client's words * Creating quote posts * Creating text posts * Using our existing AI prompts to help create the content * Following our process and quality standards for every client **You do not need to come up with the process yourself.** We already have a very systematic workflow that explains exactly what to do. Your responsibility is to learn the process and follow it consistently. Time & Pay *Pay: $19 per completed client/task *Time: Approximately 1–2 hours per task *Volume: Usually 5–8 tasks per week, depending on your availability * Additional work may become available over time What We're Looking For The most important things are: * **Excellent communication** * **Fast responsiveness** * Reliable and available consistently * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow a step-by-step process * Comfortable learning new tools and workflows * Able to communicate regularly through Slack Content creation, social media, or video editing experience is a **plus, but not required**. We care more about finding someone who is reliable, responsive, willing to learn, and can follow our process consistently. How We Work Our team communicates primarily through **Slack**, where you'll receive assignments, ask questions, and provide updates. We're looking to hire **as soon as possible** and would ideally like someone who can work with us consistently each week. Looking forward to hearing from you!
