Well established financial services firm is now hiring an experienced Content Writer to support our sales, marketing, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive, polished content for sales outreach — including email sequences, landing page copy, brochures, and marketing collateral. Must possess strong writing skills with a proven ability to craft content that converts and resonates with a business/professional audience. You will also be responsible for writing social media content and website copy, along with SEO-optimized articles and blog posts designed to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Familiarity with on-page SEO best practices (keyword research, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) is required. In addition to sales and web content, you will be responsible for writing and refining scripts used to train our AI voice agent, including call flows, objection-handling responses, and conversational dialogue. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and voice platforms is required — specifically, hands-on experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice/text generation tools is highly desirable. Experience writing for conversational AI, chatbots, or voice assistants is a strong plus. Requirements: Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio of sales/marketing, website, and social media writing samples Strong command of English grammar, tone, and persuasive writing techniques Working knowledge of SEO writing best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) Experience writing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in a professional/B2B context Familiarity with AI writing/voice tools, particularly ElevenLabs (or comparable platforms) Ability to write natural, conversational scripts suitable for an AI voice agent Comfortable working with feedback and revising content based on performance/testing Experience in financial services, professional services, or B2B content is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Must be available for regular communication during EST business hours to collaborate on projects and incorporate feedback.
