Join our team as a Content Designer to create engaging content for our fintech platform. You'll design visually appealing graphics, write compelling copy, and develop content strategies to enhance user experience. Collaborate with our marketing team to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Content Executor / Social Media Designer — Fintech (Open Banking) Type: Part time, 15 hours/week Rate: $8/hour ($120/week), paid as fixed monthly milestone based on deliverables About us: We're a UK based open banking platform serving trade SMEs. We need someone to turn our content strategy into consistent, polished posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. What you'll do: Design carousels, graphics, and short video content from briefs and copy we provide Publish roughly 3 to 4 pieces of content per day across platforms (LinkedIn company page daily, Instagram feed/Reels, TikTok, Facebook), primarily by repurposing core assets across formats Schedule and publish according to our content calendar Maintain visual consistency with our brand palette (purple/indigo) and existing templates Light copy editing and formatting to fit platform specific formats (LinkedIn text posts, IG captions, TikTok hooks, Facebook posts) Report weekly on what's posted and basic engagement numbers What you will NOT be doing: Setting content strategy or campaign direction, that comes from us Original strategic ideation, you're executing a brief, not building one Requirements: Strong portfolio showing carousel and short form video work, ideally B2B or fintech adjacent Track record of reels and posts that have driven genuine organic reach on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and posts that have generated strong LinkedIn impressions, without relying on paid promotion Efficient with whatever tools get high quality output fastest, we care about results not process Comfortable turning scripts and copy into finished visual assets quickly Good written English for light copy editing Reliable daily availability, some overlap with UK working hours preferred but not mandatory Trial: First 2 weeks paid as a trial period tied to a small deliverable set (10 posts across LinkedIn/IG) before moving to ongoing monthly arrangement To apply: Share 3 examples of carousel or short video work, ideally for a B2B or SaaS brand, your typical turnaround time for a batch of 5 posts, and one example where your content achieved strong organic reach without paid promotion
