Content Developer — E-Learning & Digital Education Products

This is not a blogging or social media role — we build structured learning experiences: online courses, workbooks, workshop scripts, app content, and educational guides. We are an established production company working with expert coaches, consultants, and educators to turn their knowledge into polished digital learning products. This is not a new role - we have a proven production system, SOPs, established relationships with our experts, and a lead content developer you'll work alongside from day one. What you'll be doing: You'll take raw expert knowledge (transcripts, ebooks, existing courses, research notes) and shape it into clear, structured learning content. Sometimes transforming existing material, sometimes building from scratch. Output includes: video course scripts, workbooks, checklists, workshop scripts, app content, frameworks, and learning guides. You're a great fit if you: - Have experience writing or designing educational content (not marketing content) - Can make complex expert knowledge clear, structured, and actionable - Work well independently with a brief and SOPs - Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your workflow - Can overlap with CET timezone for at least 4 hours daily and have 40 hrs/week available.
