Content Editor and Producer for Social Media

We're looking for a reliable podcast editor to help us catch up on a backlog and then move to a regular weekly/biweekly workflow. About the show The Waddyado Careers Podcast is the podcast from Waddyado, a psychology-led career transition platform helping people navigate redundancy, AI displacement and burnout, and find where their skills translate next. The show features founder interviews and guest conversations on career change, redundancy, identity and reinvention. What we need: - Full episode edits: clean up audio (levels, noise, filler words, pacing), add intro/outro, export ready for Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube - 3 to 5 short-form clips per episode (60 to 90 seconds) for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts/Reels, with captions burned in - Experience editing from Riverside recordings preferred, since that's where we record and export from - Consistent turnaround time so we can plan a publishing schedule Current workload We have a backlog of around 5 episodes to start, then expect roughly 1 to 2 episodes per fortnight going forward.
