We are a fast-growing telematics and software platform looking for an immediate, high-impact AI Systems Marketing Specialist / Fractional Marketing Project Manager to build out our operational AI content engine framework. Our goal is to move away from generic content creation and transition into a highly structured, revenue-driven, weekly sprint model. You will be setting up the systemic framework that dictates exactly what our execution team builds based on real-time data and advanced AI memory utilization. This framework is built directly on the leadership directives outlined in our internal strategic document, Analyzing-Projects-Strategy-for-Business-Growth-d91da200-602b.pdf. Key Responsibilities AI Content Engine Workspace Setup: Set up a dedicated workspace/project environment in Claude. Organize the system's "memory" by compiling and uploading our core product fact sheets, product capabilities, and target industry metrics to ensure all future AI-generated content is highly specific and never watered down. SEO & GEO Strategy Integration: Design a prompting and analysis framework that uses inputs from Google Analytics and Semrush. The system must automatically infer our highest-priority content gaps, missing proof points, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) opportunities. Authority Platform Mapping: Build a tactical outreach and positioning plan for authoritative review platforms (G2, Capterra, Google Reviews) to train AI search models to recognize our platform for specific keywords. Weekly Execution Blueprint: Establish a strict, week-by-week project management template. Our internal resources need a clear workflow to deliver exactly one fully launched, high-leverage asset per week (e.g., an optimized high-traffic landing page linked to active ad campaigns). Required Experience & Skills Proven experience setting up AI content engines, advanced prompt frameworks, and AI knowledge bases (specifically Claude Projects/Memory). Deep understanding of both traditional SEO and modern GEO (Generative Engine Optimization / AI Search visibility). Strong marketing project management background with the authority to structure clear tasks for execution teams. Experience integrating data signals from Semrush and Google Analytics into strategic marketing roadmaps.
