U.S Local Candidates are must required. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer who combines design expertise with strong product and sales awareness. You’ll collaborate closely with our China-based marketing and visual teams to create localized, sales-focused designs—aligning with U.S. consumer aesthetics, Amazon listing standards, and our brand identity—directly supporting our North American business expansion. Responsibilities •SEO / keyword direction, title, bullet points, description •Create localized, sales-driven graphic designs aligned with U.S. consumer aesthetics, Amazon listing standards, and Phomemo’s brand identity, including but not limited to product images, A+ pages, social media visuals, and marketing collaterals. •Collaborate closely with China-based marketing and visual teams to align design strategies, ensure brand consistency, and support North American business and brand expansion goals. •Leverage strong product and sales awareness to design materials that highlight product features, drive conversion, and resonate with U.S. target audiences (families, DIY enthusiasts, small businesses, etc.). •Participate in product visual optimization, providing design insights that combine aesthetic appeal with sales performance. •Maintain design files, update visual assets as needed, and ensure all designs comply with Amazon guidelines and local market regulations. Qualification - In-depth familiarity with Amazon’s official guidelines for listing content, copywriting specifications, and visual design standards, including product image rules, A+ Content policies, and marketplace content compliance requirements. - Professional understanding of Amazon SEO logic and listing conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Capable of analyzing key conversion influencing factors of existing product listings, and optimizing keyword layout, copy expression and visual presentation to improve organic ranking and product conversion rates. - Solid graphic design capabilities with proficient skills in mainstream design software; able to create high-quality, U.S.-localized visual works that fit local consumer and shopping habits, avoiding cross-cultural design mismatches. - Strong product and market sensitivity, able to accurately capture product core selling points, target user pain points and market demands, and integrate sales logic and SEO keywords into visual design and copy optimization. - Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently cooperate with remote China-based teams, accurately understand marketing strategies, and consistently output compliant and high-conversion design solutions. - Data-driven work mindset, able to summarize optimization experience based on listing performance data, continuously iterate visual and copy content, and boost long-term listing sales performance. - Relevant working experience in Amazon product listing design, e-commerce visual optimization or cross-border e-commerce SEO copy optimization is preferred. - Native or fluent English proficiency with accurate and professional copywriting capability for Amazon listing content, ensuring authentic and high-quality product copy that meets U.S. market reading habits.
