We are expanding our personal branding team and looking for talented freelancers who specialize in content, growth, and audience engagement. These are separate roles, and you do not need experience in everything listed. Please apply for the specific role (or roles) that best match your skill set: LinkedIn Ghostwriter: Storytelling, educational, and thought leadership content for founders and executives. Requires strong research, hooks, voice adaptation, and viral structure mastery. LinkedIn Engagement & Outreach Specialist: Supporting organic engagement, ICP research, relationship building, thoughtful commenting, and outreach. X/Twitter Growth & Engagement Manager: Daily content generation, replies, engagement, content repurposing, and organic channel growth. Content Research & Calendar Specialist: Audience and competitor research, trend synthesis, and organizing briefs into structured weekly/monthly calendars. Substack Growth & Engagement Specialist: Substack Notes management, recommendations, collaborations, repurposing, and organic subscriber expansion. Submission Guidelines (Please Read Carefully): To keep our selection process efficient, proposals that do not follow these exact instructions will be automatically rejected: Portfolio Required: You MUST attach or link relevant work samples, case studies, or a portfolio directly to your proposal. Proposals submitted without a relevant portfolio will be immediately rejected. Clearly state which specific role(s) you are applying for. Share your updated CV/Resume (via Upwork attachment) along with your hourly/project rate expectations and current weekly availability. Note: All communications, interviews, and payments will take place strictly through Upwork per platform terms. Shortlisted freelancers will be invited to an interview, and a small paid test milestone may be included.
