We are looking for a high-level Content & Lead Generation Manager who can take full ownership of our social media and turn it into a daily lead generation machine. This is NOT a basic social media role. We are not looking for someone who just posts content. We are looking for someone who understands: Conversion DM funnels Lead generation Content that drives SALES About us We are a fast-growing institute in the natural health niche. We sell high-ticket programs (€1495) and services. Your role is to help us scale towards €50K+ months through content and automation. Your responsibility You will take FULL ownership of: Daily content distribution (Instagram & TikTok) Turning content into inbound DM leads Managing and optimizing our ManyChat flows Driving leads → appointments → sales What you will do Content & Posting Publish 2–3 posts per day (Reels, carousels) Write high-converting captions (clear CTA’s) Plan content at least 7 days ahead Handle backlog of existing videos Lead Generation Create posts with strong hooks + trigger words Drive people to DM Increase daily inbound messages DM & Conversion Respond to comments and messages Start conversations with leads Qualify leads and direct them to booking Automation (CRITICAL) Optimize flows in ManyChat Connect content to trigger words Improve conversion from DM → appointment Optimization Analyze what content generates leads Improve hooks, CTA’s, and flows Scale what works KPIs 2–3 posts per day (consistent) 10–30 inbound DM leads per day Increase in booked appointments weekly This role is NOT for you if: You focus on “aesthetic feeds” or branding only You care more about likes than leads You don’t understand sales psychology You need constant instructions ✅ This role IS for you if: You have experience generating leads via content You understand DM funnels and conversion You have worked with ManyChat (or similar tools) You think in results, not tasks You take ownership, are pro active and act like a growth partner.
