We are looking for a long-term Content Manager & Video Editor to help build and scale personal brand and business content across social media platforms. This is not just a video editing position. We are looking for someone who can help manage the entire content process from idea generation through final editing and publishing. Responsibilities Content Strategy Brainstorm content ideas Research trending topics Create weekly and monthly content plans Recommend content opportunities Develop content calendars Content Planning Create recording plans Create shot lists Organize content workflows Tell us what footage needs to be captured Help structure videos before filming Video Editing Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook Edit long-form content for YouTube and business use Add captions, graphics, transitions, and motion elements Create multiple versions of content from a single recording session Content Repurposing Turn one recording into multiple pieces of content Create clips, highlights, and promotional videos Organize content libraries and assets Ideal Candidate Strong video editing experience Experience building personal brands Experience creating content for entrepreneurs, sales professionals, business owners, or founders Strong understanding of social media content strategy Able to independently suggest ideas and improvements Excellent communication skills Reliable and responsive How We Work We will record the footage ourselves. Your role is to: Help determine what should be recorded. Help organize content ideas and strategy. Review footage. Edit content. Help maximize content output and performance.
