Summary

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented marketer who can create compelling digital content across email marketing, social media, product marketing, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can independently take a campaign idea from concept to execution — developing the copy, visuals, and content needed to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels. We are looking for someone who understands modern content marketing, has strong visual instincts, writes polished marketing copy, and knows how to create content that feels strategic, engaging, and professionally produced. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys both the creative and execution side of marketing. Responsibilities Email Marketing Create and build marketing emails from concept to launch Write subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and email copy Design clean, visually engaging email layouts Assist with email scheduling, testing, and campaign organization Social Media Content Creation Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels Create graphics, captions, reels, carousels, and promotional content Assist with content calendars and campaign planning Help maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms Creative Design & Content Production Create marketing graphics and promotional visuals Produce short-form video and digital content for campaigns and social media Use AI-assisted tools and creative platforms to improve content production workflows Support brand and campaign creative development Product & Marketing Content Write and update product or service descriptions Assist with website copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging Help organize and maintain marketing assets and content libraries Marketing Operations Support Build and manage content within marketing platforms such as HubSpot Coordinate assets, content updates, and campaign deliverables Support ongoing marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects Qualifications Required Strong copywriting and content creation skills Strong eye for design, layout, and branding Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar creative tools Familiarity with HubSpot or email marketing platforms Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms Experience creating short-form video content Basic understanding of marketing strategy and audience engagement Experience working in fast-paced or startup-style environments Experience with product marketing, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related brands is a strong plus What We’re Looking For Someone who can think creatively while executing efficiently Someone who produces polished, modern marketing content Someone comfortable working independently and moving quickly Someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on content creation Someone who stays current on digital marketing and content trends
