We are looking for a Marketing Lead at UXHack. In this role, you will be responsible for building awareness and distribution across our initiatives, crafting high-impact content and campaigns that consistently grow UXHack's reach among aspiring PMs, designers, and builders. Role: Marketing Lead (Content) Output: Consistent content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow UXHack's reach Experience: 1–3 years Commercials: ₹40–50K/month Location: Remote Type: Contract-based (6 months) | Full-time, open to part-time for the right fit Starts: Immediately We run several initiatives—design challenges, hackathons, CV and portfolio reviews, memberships—that we genuinely believe can excite a large chunk of aspiring PMs, designers, and creators. But here's the honest problem: a lot of our target audience doesn't know we exist. Aka, poor distribution. That's where you come in. We are looking for someone who can fix that. Someone who can build disciplined, creative marketing from near scratch—figure out where our audience lives, what makes them stop scrolling, and get UXHack in front of them consistently and cost-effectively. If you've been the first (or one of the first) marketing folks at a startup and have something concrete to show for it, we'd love to hear from you. You will work closely with the founders to shape how UXHack is perceived and discovered across the internet. This is an early, high-ownership role. We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, experimenting fast, and building distribution from scratch. We are a fully remote startup and operate asynchronously. What the role involves: * Building awareness for UXHack initiatives across relevant channels and communities * Identifying and executing content themes that attract young and aspiring PMs, designers, and builders * Creating and shipping consistent weekly content across formats: reels, shorts, carousels, event content, social proof, feature/initiative explainers * Tracking performance and making data-driven decisions on what to double down on * Growing our video-first presence, especially on Instagram and YouTube * Thinking creatively about the distribution of content What we are looking for: * Someone who has shaped marketing at an early-stage startup or as an independent creator * Understands internet culture, short-form content, and audience behaviour * Can edit and repurpose raw video content * Can conceptualise, create, and edit digital videos such as explainers * Good understanding of the reels/shorts ecosystem and what performs there * Is data-driven and can judge impact quickly * Strong async communicator Good to have: * Comfortable using AI tools in workflows * Has an interest in products, design, and creator ecosystems Process: * Apply with your CV and samples of your work/portfolio * Interviews for shortlisted candidates: 2 rounds, one with each founder * 2-week paid trial to assess mutual fit
